A New Challenge (to my friends) + Run From The Cure , The Rick Simpson Story film + CA growers law

It's August 27th, 2017. I'm writing this blog entry because I'm about to get a diagnosis that I may not find desirable. Recently I've lost all sensitivity on the left side of my body and have been diagnosed so far with seven brain lesions that may be cancer. I am working tirelessly on a solution that makes sense to me. And, if you know me well, you know that I will always refuse chemotherapy radiation and am likely to refuse surgery. If this diagnosis is undesirable and alleged cancer shows up as positive, not to worry... I will treat it with successful therapies that work.  I will likely use medical marijuana in addition to a modified ketogenic diet and several other layers of highly effective treatments that will likely heal me within 90 days.

I want to go on record as a person who does not like the feeling of the effects of the THC high from marijuana. I enjoyed it that way in college and in my twenties. It was a mistake then and that would be a mistake, at this time. I don't enjoy the feeling of being high on THC and I want that to be clear in this article.

Within the next week, I will be planting six legal marijuana plants. I will send a letter to the police department and to the mayor of San Diego to make sure that we are in compliance here at my home. I have the ideal situation to grow enough to create the cannabis oil necessary to defray costs and heal this possibly lethal cancer (or whatever it turns out these lesions end up being) quickly and effectively as part of an all star therapy - the best that can be done. Certainly, any brain lesion is a bad lesion and must be attended to properly. While I trust my physician Dr. James Novak I believe that he has, as all MD's do today limited educational resources regarding the most efficacious and successful outcomes period while I have faith in his ability to assist me I am guarded.

I want my friends and family to know that I'm not afraid and that I have a few moments of fear and panic because maintaining an aggressively successful plan is critical and essential to moving through this passage in my life.  I'm planning to see Dr. John Bergman at his earliest appointment up in Huntington Beach California. He may have an added perspective as well as dr. Patrick Vickers from northern Baja Gerson Center who will be providing frankincense as one of the centerpiece therapies I will be using.

I've view this situation as a dynamic challenge to my character and to my strength, however, I would never wish this situation upon any other human being. The shameful exploitation of cancer patients by pharmaceutical companies is evil beyond my ability to describe in words. That is why it is important that this blog entry is written to describe what one man can do to save his own life. If I fail it's my own damn fault. There is enough information out there to cure cancer and all degenerative diseases if one has enough support money and character to pull it off. Sometimes some of us are not meant to stay here on the planet, we have better things to do and our job is to exit and get to work on our Soul's Journey. However, if this is not the case I hope to see you all in the near future.

I want to thank all my friends amazing gifted and lovely friends who have been so warm and wonderful, in particular, Adam Cohen, the Agar family, Gale Malone, the Simon family. I want to extend a special thank you to Dan and Traudl Pressman for their love and support at this incredibly difficult time.  With friends like these, it makes it almost easy to face challenges and to win back health and balance from these sudden life challenges like these.  God willing I will get the use of my left arm back soon {thank god for speech to text} and will be back stronger smarter wiser and a better person for having the gift of this challenge.

All my love and respect, Bill Zimmerman

A Terrific Introduction to a Plant Based Diet (Video)

This is for Mike Coss.

What Mike does not know is I lost my father to the same surgery he had this week. My dad was only a few months older than I am right now. It is one reason I take such good care of myself today. I study the work of many plant based diet guru's and listen carefully to what they have to say. This presentation is about the best I've ever seen for the new beginner. Dr. Lim carry's so much credibility as a main stream physician that it is difficult to impossible to deny his words.  (Advanced Health with John Bergman)

"You guys, are you ever just tired of being alive?? – Know what I mean? Like… – I’m not suicidal. I just feel like I’ve done a lot and I’ve seen a lot. And now I’m like, – “Let’s wrap this shit up. Like…” Right? Like, how many fucking days are there?"

Healthy Art. A Review of Long-Time Friend Adam Cohen, His Work, His Art

Adam Cohen

"Cohen's work is first and foremost playful. But to fully understand his range of expression one must experience how Adam's paintings seize the imagination as they instantly transport one away from languid reality. One is forcibly pushed into Cohen’s private world where he packs the canvas with rivers of fluidic color in a snapshot of emotion that extends the senses to unseen realms and to alternate realities. He takes control by directing our attention with subtle lines, pointers that pull the eye to other elements that suggest anatomies, architecture, and subtle objects. He taunts and teases us by building the composition just enough to be completed by our imagination.

In waterfalls of color, Cohen 'squeezes the tube' and joyfully transports us to noble realms where greats like Pollock Kandinsky and Johns reside. Cohen steps away from the violence and the frantic motives, symbols and politics of 20th century artists, geniuses who found inspiration in substances and other forms of self-inflicted angst. Cohen takes no pleasure in such pain. With warm colors and clean fresh lines, he pushes the senses to the limit as he takes us to a kinder and gentler direction in 21st Century Modern Art.

Cohen's redefinition of abstract impressionism does not only "reflect a connection" with other realities but rather he transmits them through his ability to communicate directly the visual experience of what Terrence Mckenna defines as "the cosmic giggle." He does not shout at us. He does not try to make a point, but rather he takes us by the hand and walks us beside peaceful rivers of visual consciousness, of flowing paint that hypnotizes and delights in playful jaunts across the canvas. With elegant simplicity, Cohen communicates from quantum realms. If his paintings were not so alive and so very vibrant they could very well lead to death by astonishment as the intensity of hallucinatory color electrifies the visual cortex. To own a Cohen painting is too continually experience the absolute. Like repeatedly enjoying the first bite intensity of cheesecake, a divine romance begins with every glance into the eternal soul of every painting he creates.

TECHNIQUE AND PURPOSE
Cohen's generous use of paint forms hills and valleys between layers of paint. Minimal blending of pre-mixed color applied with brush and knife amplifies shadows and reflections as the paint merges and wanders in the spaces between strokes of his artistic alchemy. The genius of the work instantly grabs you and asks "Why is this painting so very pleasing?" What looks like controlled chaos moves to reverence as the theme of each painting is revealed by the titles he has carefully chosen for each of them. The three-dimensional layering of paint reveals Cohen's technical style as he once again "squeezes the tube" (as he was encouraged to do by his friend and mentor Lillian Marzell). With endless talent technique tricks and tools, Cohen fiercely competes with the giants of Modern Art to connect us with a fresh new vision that echoes from a very personal very spiritual place inside of him. Decades of exposure to the qualities of Kriya Yoga and meditation extend the gift of transcendental consciousness to us. Cohen completely eliminates the baser qualities found in the angst and strife of the "starving artists" of yesteryear. His style could be partly defined as 'optimistic futurism'. The work is light, elegant and stress-free. It showcases what effortless positive thought can produce when paint is directed with pure consciousness onto an unsuspecting canvas.

A TIME AND PLACE FOR THE DIGITAL
Cohen quickly and painlessly inoculates us from the plague of digital computer generated art, a skill set Cohen mastered commercially in the early nineteen eighties when he blended Bauhaus, Deco, and Banskiesque Urban Pop-art onto the pages of every major magazine. Cohen formalized this style and made it his own when he began producing these images entirely on early Apple computers. Cohen was first off the line to create these early computer graphics that hit every nerve on Madison Avenue - in a good way. Cohen raided the commercial world, capturing entire markets by seducing a generation of publishers with imagery so modern, so innovative that he literally had every magazine in New York paying top dollar for his work. He briefly preempted the likes of Glaser and Scher with amusing urban landscapes and visual stories that take a diagonal view of The New Yorker Magazine's hilarious weekly cartoons of life in the big city. The idea of using computer software to create story-telling-images of the big city sealed his good fortune as the first celebrated digital artists of the day. We can imagine the delight, and the comments, of New Yorker cartoonists Ziegler and Mankoff when they first saw Cohen's work. The simplicity of early computer software along with Cohen's deliberate flexing and twisting of urban lines broke every rule of foreshortening and characterized Cohen's work as identifiable exclusively to him as his own unique style. Today we are seeing the same exciting and clever attributes on the many canvases created by Cohen as he embarks on his fourth year as the mature and exciting fine artist that he is.

Adam Cohen is an artist with a fair advantage. A spiritual advantage. Seemingly capable of on demand quantum leaps through time-space he appears like a ninja to instantly slay whatever challenge he touches, whether it be a computerized design, paint on canvas or interior design, his heightened awareness lends the same taste style and refinement to whatever objective he applies himself. The result is always the same, a harmonic and balanced kind of Feng Shui on steroids... the same effect time after time. In no uncertain terms whatever Cohen touches turns to gold.

REMARKS:

When artists forge new directions with passions that inspire, society benefits. Artists are the true leaders of the future as they peel back the protective layers of fear, public illusion and melt the dangerous levels of programmed defensiveness and hostility. They cut through the illusions to inspire us to create beautiful things and live beautiful lives of our own. Adam just lays it out there. He puts it on a canvas right up in your face for all to see. In the final analysis, artists give us an updated template of the possibilities behind what is quite literally the human potential movement. A movement valued and cherished by all who aspire to stretch their very human capabilities with the grace and power of the universal heart.

I have known Adam for over 40 years and look forward to all of the incarnations of his Celestial Journey. The advent and promise of consciousness rising predicted by the Mayans for the year 2012 is now manifesting itself through the channels provided by fine artists like Adam Cohen. The many Indigo Children born today will be providing us with much of the same translations of the quantum fields through their art music and 21st Century engineering. The promise of enhanced genetics and real human progress is the hope and the dream of humanity as we struggle to know ourselves. If Cohen suggests a beginning of this in his artwork we can view it as a promise of a better more dignified future. A future that reflects the true spirit of humanity. One not threatened by an eschaton at the end of time.

Alcohol, Its Origins Affects and Social Consequences

Update 6/24/17. This young lady wrote a similar article I thought I would share a link to it. If you have ever been a victim of alcohol, its treachery and its world wide corrupting influences you may want to listen to the podcast below or watch the hand selected videos I've gathered up from high quality sources on the internet. Educating yourself about the effects of alcohol on people around you will provide perspective on why and how it works, why they change and what is so alarming about the grip it has on them.

To maintain personal power it is essential that we avoid alcohol. Unlike the often crude but somewhat efficacious tobacco and some (but not all) plant hallucinogens such as marijuana alcohol has no medicinal value whatsoever. Check out the following fun informal podcast to tune in about alcohol and its dangers and influences in your world.

Introduction by William Zimmermann.

These two parts were created to support those who are looking to understand alcohol and how it intrudes into our lives and destroys lives more than any other substance.  I've been wanting to share for a very long time. They're only available here on this blog.

Dress for Success California Style By Bill Zimmermann

This article is a work in progress. As I have time to work on it, it will expand nicely and with real cred.  Thanks Bill Z.

Throughout your lifetime you may have heard the phrases “dress for success” or “dress for the job you want, not the one you have” Well, science says if you want to be smarter, dress better. And it's not just superficial. Slip on a tailored suit, fine shoes, and perhaps a bespoke shirt, and it will transform you - in New York City maybe, but what about Southern California?

Highly Sensitive People may just save the world

It's not Aspergers, it's not depression and it's not a mental illness. Highly Sensitive People are probably some of the most misunderstood people in the world today. Misunderstood by their peers, and often misunderstood by themselves, HSP's are tricked into seeing themselves as "mentally weak" due to the constant stream of societal signals that a thick skin is required. And while a thick skin has it's merits desensitized people or the "I don't care" population may have thicker skin but it goes beyond that. The dominant culture suffers from what we know to be caustic insensitivity. It has become the cultural norm. We have become a population of desensitized "I don't care" people.

And that is just the beginning. The super-hero phenomenon and eugenics linked to survival mechanisms pose a true danger to society as transhumanism threatens to enslave the world through certain domination of factions who possess the technologies.

HSP's are often people who have been born with a heightened awareness, some have enhanced DNA strands and show signs of advances in human genetics improving on a quantum level. HSP's lack training in how to use their skills leads to the question, "Who are these people and what can they offer society?" Some suggest they are here to guide and heal a seriously disturbed culture back to sanity kindness and love. But without training the gifts of the HSP often goes untapped. Also, the small number of HSP's in mainstream society and in positions of power is evident in the 99% vs. 1% and between social classes where sociopathy is not only desirable but is a requirement for admission to the upper classes.

Someone HSP Vegan should write a good book on the subject. The World Peace Diet book touches on the power if the HSP but is more a book about Veganism and its virtues. We need to begin identifying and training HSP people in the art of persuasion, the culture of power and the mechanisms of social control. I want to encourage emotionally sensitive people to discover and to develop their true abilities! For having a "super sensitive nervous system", specifically the sympathetic nerve system, is like having a superpower and you're born with it or not! It's like the anti-psychopath biology. Learning how to use your powers takes an understanding of its abilities and practice to manage it properly.

If we are to avoid the pitfalls of Artificial Intelligence, Eugenics, and the threat of those who possess the technologies of transhumanism HSP's must move forward, gain political power and political control over the nations of the world and move the human race out of harms way and move it forward in peace, harmony and love.

Unlocking the power of the Vagus Nerve for self healing

I read an article yesterday that has me extremely excited about the implications. The article is called ‘Hacking the Nervous System’ by Gaia Vince. In the article, the author describes the experience of a woman who suffered from severe, debilitating rheumatoid arthritis and her eventual treatment with a device which minimized inflammation by simply stimulating the vagus nerve.

What this means, is that by activating the vagus nerve which works through the parasympathetic nervous system, we can greatly influence inflammation and the immune system. The role of the brain on body inflammation can be profound. If you suffer from digestive complaints, high blood pressure, depression or any inflammatory condition, please read on. Let me explain the possible implications step by step.

Amazing Creative Greens!

Tips For Cooking Greens
When I was a kid, my idea of “eating my greens” was a serving of baby peas. My sister loved spinach, especially creamed spinach but other than that, I don’t think I even knew about the existence of other kinds of greens. If it wasn’t lettuce in my salad, I was clueless. When I became vegan, a whole world of food was opened up to me: whole grains, succulent fruits, colorful vegetables and a slew of dark, leafy greens. I was amazed at how many kinds of greens there are: cabbage, bok choy, broccoli rabe, kale, collard greens, spinach, Swiss chard, and mustard, turnip, radish, beet and dandelion greens, to name just a few. Today, I love them all. I add greens into just about every dish I make though my favorite way of eating them is simply sauteed or steamed.
I think one of the biggest obstacles people face when it comes to eating dark, leafy greens is not knowing how to prepare them and make them taste delicious. Many greens can taste bitter and often, greens are undercooked and tough or overcooked and mushy. Knowing how to get rid of the bitter taste and be left with tender, flavorful greens requires knowing a few tricks. Consider this a crash course in how to cook greens so they taste delicious.

Why Prevention Starts at Home

As you know I'm a big fan of prevention. Preventing anything bad or negative before it happens is my base mindset and dealing with life from this standpoint had been my personal default setting for years and has become integral in my way of life. It may not seem heroic macho or significant to some but it works for me. For those of you who understand the art of living, preventing disasters before they happen can be as real as preventing failure or preventing the destruction of the environment. Whatever area you work at preventing negatives you are allowing positives and that in my estimation is a very good thing. That's why I'm a big fan of the Wim Hof Method. (see the blog post)
