A really fun flat bread - from Chef Gale Malone

Bake 350, for at least 35 minutes. This dough needs to be crispy or they will soften as they cool.
Use a parchment lined cookie sheet.
1 C ground flax seed meal (use up to 1/2 C oatmeal if you like for less stickiness)

1/4 C chopped sunflower or pumpkin seeds, or combination of both
1/4 C hemp or sesame seeds
1 tsp ground dried garlic or to taste (I use more)
1 tsp dried onion or to taste
Up to 1/2 tsp dried herbs of choice: sage, thyme, oregano, etc. (opt)
Optional, for a cheese taste, 2Tbsps nutritional yeast
3 drops of liquid smoke or 1/2 tsp smoked paprika in 3/4 C water to make an easy to spread dough
OPTIONAL: Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Spread dough on lined cookie sheet using a rubber spatula, or whatever works best for you.

Make it as even as possible, spreading to about 1/8 " thickness. Score the dough then place in the preheated oven.
After baking and cooling, break along score line.      Enjoy!
I hope you will like these and you can try different combinations of herbs, etc, depending on what you are in the mood for.
