5 Signs Someone Connects With You On A Deeper Level Than Anyone Else

Shields up!
When someone has walls up, it’s always for a reason, but the possibilities for that reason are endless.
Perhaps you are cynical since so far, everyone you date seems to be the same — disconnected, unremarkable and incapable of making a lasting impression. Maybe you suffer from generalized anxiety and, therefore, find it difficult to enjoy the moment.
It could be you've dealt with so much rejection that the opposite concept (someone choosing you) is nothing but a figment of your imagination. It may be you're so used to being disappointed that when you finally meet someone different, you doubt he or she is for real.
But, what if your dream person was for real, and not believing in his or her authenticity was a big mistake?

Film Review "The Imitation Game." A healthy commentary.

The Imitation Game - 2014 - based on a true story.

By Bill Zimmermann

I just finished watching the movie The Imitation Game for the second time tonight. Twice I've seen this film and I still can not wrap my head around it. The importance, the meaning and the magnitude of the gifts Alan Turing gave to a world in the 1940's is simply mind boggling. His sacrifice was rewarded by the British government when they finally drove him to the point of taking his own life on the seventh day of December 1954. In 2013 Queen Elizabeth II posthumously "pardoned" Alan Turing fifty years after his death.  The facts of his work were declassified.  My question is how can you pardon someone who did absolutely nothing wrong?  In my informed opinion the Queen and the British Parliament should have formally apologized to the LGBT community and then given there full support to LGBT interests in the form of a well funded foundation, an educational endowment, grants and programs for gifted LGBT people proportional to his contribution to humanity.  The idea that one would even consider a "pardon" for what must still be considered a crime is the height of insanity.  It sends the message that being different is still wrong.  A "pardon" is not only inappropriate, it is a direct insult to the sensibilities of an exponentially growing world population rapidly moving into an age of equality peace and genuine enlightenment.

Good advice on dealing with anxiety-the narcissist

Tips for Dealing with Anxiety the Narcissist

Thankfully, there are ways to deal with a narcissist in your life, even if that narcissist is anxiety. Here are a few:
  • Know what you’re dealing with: Just as there are different types of narcissists, there are different types of anxiety disorders. There are anxiety treatments that work for all anxiety in general, and there are other treatments that are specific to certain types of anxiety. Knowing about your own specific anxiety/anxieties can help you target it.
  • Make your life about younot the anxiety: Self-centered and commanding as it is, anxiety wants to be the focus of your world. Rather than letting it do so, turn your attention away from it. Begin to define what you want your life to be like (not simply “no anxiety” but instead what specific, positive things do you want in it). Determine what little steps you can take every day to walk away from anxiety and toward your real life.
  • Be realistic in expectations of timing: As a narcissist, anxiety won’t give up easily. It can have a strong hold and it loves it’s power. That said, anxiety isn’t you; it isn’t who you are. It is a controlling parasite that has latched on. When you continue to seek help for anxiety and build your toolbox of strategies to beat it, you will shake it loose.

Why We Should Stop To Check Our Self Deception Quotient Every Now And Then

This speaker is extremely shallow up until about the six minute mark.  Then the meaning of this video really takes off.  I've studied self deception for many years.  I've written papers on the subject and exchanged ideas on the subject with some very brilliant people.  There are answers to the things that stop us.  Using EFT or Tapping to work with our self deceptions, or talk it out with friends, a therapist or even God if sharing is too painful or shameful to us.  We are responsible for our reactions to all of our problems so sometimes we have to suck it up and go see a shrink.  The stigma around therapists I would say is not that therapy does not work but that most therapists suck.  But a bad therapist is better than no therapist at all.  So go and fix your life.  Use the new tools we have at our disposal.

I wish this video was better, that this woman was sixty three years old facing a lifetime of self deception, or that she was fat and "ugly" with far more difficult trials.  The last person we want to hear from is a beautiful thirty five year old who things she knows something.  But she is on point and gives a great talk.

Preventing and Healing Cancer Naturally with Dr. Jameth Sheridan Plus Wireless Wifi Video

Preventing and Healing Cancer Naturally with Dr. Jameth Sheridan at the Integrated Health Conference

Turning off the WiFi on in your home is important.  Especially when you sleep.  It is advisable to attach a timer to switch off the router entirely the hours you sleep and are not using WiFi.  It is very important to disable WiFi if you are sitting close to the WiFi router.  Plug your computer in and turn off the router.  The switch in the router software is usually "disable radio."

Search creiteria to find out how to turn of your router.

1.  Get the make and model of your router:  Example  Asus RTN12
2.  Get the IP address for the router, the login and password (if required).  This must be done with a computer that is plugged directly into the router with a cable (an ethernet cable).  This prevents the computer from disconnecting from the router when the WiFi is turned off.

Getting Past Television

Getting real with yourself.

As I get older I notice that there is a huge gap between people in my neighborhood people I see around me in my local community and the person that I am. I see enormous amounts of creativity wasted and and enormous amount of human potential completely gone through the simple act of my neighbors and my friends and the people in my community watching television. The enormity of the waste of time of this activity is so profound at a national level that it appears to be a drug that like alcohol in a better world or an alternate universe would be illegal.

Clearing up the Iodine Confusion | PharmacistBen.com

Original link to online article

Clearing up the Iodine Confusion

Here’s the relevant facts as I see it on Iodine. I’m going to break this down as simply a I can. Keep in mind there is not a ton of peer-reviewed literature and opinion among the expert vary as to how much iodine and what type of iodine we need. With that caveat in mind I will now wade into the fray! For those of you who do not want the juicy details I will summarize the salient points:IodineThe RDA is 150 MICROgrams and you’ll find that in most good multivitamin sources and tinctures and capsules based on kelp and other herbal materials. This is what is found on most internet sites and health food stores. Although this is a bare minimum dose it is what most physicians and pharmacists are most comfortable with. In my opinion, this is bare bones iodine supplementation.
The so-called Japanese dose of 12.5 to 13 MILLIgrams a day of one of the iodine forms (Potasssium Iodide, Iodine/Potassium Iodide or Potassium Iodate) is probably where you want to be for most nutritional requirements. It is very safe and considered optimal based on the good health of the Japanese who get around this amount on a daily basis. Keep in mind most forms of iodine contain some non-iodine material (Potassium, Oxygen). According to Dr. Michael B. Schacter of the Schacter Center for Complementary Medicine, in iodine deficiency states it can take up to a year to become sufficient in iodine using this dose.
Now Potassium plus Iodine
Potassium plus IodineNow Potassium plus Iodine
Supplement Facts:
Serving Size: 1 Tablet
Servings Per Container: 180
Iodine (from Potassium Iodide) 225 mcg
Sodium (from Sodium Alginate) 5 mg
Potassium (from Potassium Chloride and Iodide) 99 mg
Sodium Alginate 100 mg

Free of: starch, gluten, wheat, yeast, corn, soy, milk or preservatives.
If you want to go crazy and take a higher dose, for non-emergencies, 30-50 MILLIgrams, in my opinion, is as high as you should go. It’s probably safe (although no one know for sure), but be vigilant for hyperthyroid or hypothyroid symptoms. Signs of hyperthyroidism include oily or sweaty skin, high blood pressure, heart palpitations, jitteriness, bulging eyes and signs of hypothyroidism include sluggishness, low blood pressure, dry skin, cold extremities, fatigue and hair loss . In iodine deficiency conditions, again according to Dr. Schacter, it can take several months to become sufficient taking this kind of dose.

Provigil / Modafinil - Big Pharma gets it right?

For those of us who need an edge at times when an edge makes the difference between success and failure, there is finally a real answer with very little biological payback.  Do your research but know this, if these videos make it to EcoHealthLab you can be certain we've vetted this drug.  Once in awhile pharmaceutical companies get it right.  According to every CEO in silicone valley this time they did...

David Asprey on London Real.  Here is his testimonial.

Nothing can replace these:

  1. Be a life-long learner. Never stop learning. If you don’t use it [your brain], turns out you WILL lose it.
  2. Strain your brain. Push the limits with your thinking and learning. It’s not enough to passively learn new information; you learn things complex enough you feel mentally challenged.
  3. Get uncomfortable.  Routine is the enemy of your brain. The brain preserves its cognition by continually building and rebuilding connections between its cells. Break out of your routines and try something difficult.  Your brain will be better for it.
  4. Be social.  Isolation is another enemy for your healthy brain. Social activity and interaction keeps your brain healthy, and is something that often falls by the wayside in later life – especially for seniors who tend to live alone or apart from family members. Staying social will keep you mentally (and likely emotionally) better positioned for aging.

What Thomas Jefferson Did. What He Accomplished and Why It Matters

What Thomas Jefferson Did.  What He Accomplished and Why It Matters

Thomas Jefferson, who was he?

His Portrait is on the Two
Dollar Bill.  Of course it is...

When I read this online I was blown away by who this man was, what he did and why he did it.  What impressed me the most is how much these men reflect what men/women can become and how we, as a society keep ourselves and our kids in a state of extended childhood decades beyond the time when we should become real men and women who get things done like Thomas Jefferson.  The sad truth is that we have not only become lazy but the neoteny (the inappropriate extension of childhood) begins with the public school system which is designed to stunt growth and not educate children in many important disciplines - areas of study critical to success in life.  Class work that is completely left out of the curriculum. The scary thing is that teachers buy into the current system lock stock and barrel.  They do not protest even when they are aware of the abuse, dumbing down, a national curse handed down by the German Prussian system of education that has infected the educational systems of so many countries but especially it has warped and perverted real education in the United States.  The work of John Taylor Gatto elaborates on this fact.

What you may never had known about this amazing man and why you will feel totally dumbed down when you finish reading the below text is that you have been denied the educational excellence and training that you were entitled to.  Are we dumbed down?  Read on and decide for yourself.  Jefferson had me beat at age seven.

How to understand cancer treatments and why our system is so messed up

By R. Webster Kehr

We live in a world of “fast foods,” “fast cars,” and fast answers or should I say: “shallow answers.” Executives don’t like to read reports of more than one or two pages. People want to learn everything they need to know about something by watching a 1/2 hour television show. Students want to learn complicated mathematics while they play video games. And so on.

Unfortunately, the world of cancer politics and cancer treatments are not simple subjects. They are complicated. Plus it is impossible to overcome decades of constant false information by reading for half an hour. So grab something to drink, settle into your seat, and grab your computer mouse, because this is not going to be a short story, nor will it be entertaining. Let us start with a metaphor.

The War Between Orthodox Medicine And Alternative Medicine Written by Webster Kehr

About This Ebook

This eBook is more technical and detailed than the “Introduction to Alternative Cancer Treatments” eBook. For example, it details a randomly chosen issue of the Reader’s Digest and shows how the large number of pharmaceutical advertisements correlates with the large number of articles in the magazine which glorify orthodox medicine.

But the real power of this book is in its discussions of the tactics of the pharmaceutical industry, the media and the FDA. Great detail is shown for how these three entities manipulate and control information.

Also, in this book is a chapter on how Linus Pauling, PhD (two-time Nobel Prize winner) and Dr. Ewen Cameron, M.D. (actually M.B. in Scotland) demonstrated that Vitamin C, given in moderate doses, provided far, far better results for cancer patients than orthodox cancer treatments.

The two-time Nobel Prize winner and medical doctor infuriated the medical establishment because they had integrity!! The tactics to discredit the Pauling/Cameron research are studied in detail.

In short, this eBook is for those who want to dig deeper into the tactics of the medical establishment, the media, the pharmaceutical industry and the FDA.
Chapter 1 – Introduction To The War in Medicine
Chapter 2 – The Foundation Of The War in Medicine
Chapter 3 – Case Study of Scientific Corruption[Pauling and Cameron]

Chapter 6 – The Scientific Evidence For Alternative Medicine
Chapter 7 – Cancer Research

Chapter 9 – How The Media and Establishment Control The Public
Chapter 10 – Other Control Tactics
Chapter 11 – The Role of the FDA

Update on Northern Baja Gerson Center (Advanced Gerson Therapy)

It has come to my attention that Northern Baja Gerson Center in Rosarito Beach Mexico is getting some bad press from patients who have been there.  I have had long conversations with patients who lost family members to cancer while doing the Advanced Gerson Therapy offered there.  It is never easy, especially when it is us who has the cancer, to maintain a clear and objective view of the world when under the physical psychological and spiritual pressure dictated by this ruthless imbalance called cancer.  It goes without saying that cancer was never an easy fix.  A lot of people have dedicated their lives to healing it, but cancer marches on.  It is a formidable foe and we must remember that while it is true that we all must die one day that regardless of why we are sick it is how we deal with it that matters.  It is indeed the quality of life, and our dignity as Human Beings that matters most.

When we are ill we must be prepare to help what ever therapy we choose.  We must be prepared to assist the Gerson Therapy to help the body to heal.  We do so with unrelenting all important emotional and spiritual rigor.  Cancer is a game not for the faint of heart.  It is a as much a game of the mind as it is of the body.  From the personal log of Bill Zimmermann 2009.  "I must concede...

  • "...the holistic route is not for everyone.  It demands a personal transformative act of will, real courage and a commitment to personal change.  In what appears to be our darkest moments cancer redoubles and then triples its demand upon us.  It commands us to manifest undreamed of courage empathy and tenderness all at the same time.  It is a deeply personal and satisfying challenge, with love itself at the core of the engine of healing"  Bill Zimmermann 2009.

Recently I received an anonymous comment on this site that stated:
"I was a patient at Dr. Vickers clinic (Northern Baja Gerson Center in Rosarito Mexico). After paying $10,000, the treatments didn't work and almost killed me. My cancer grew at an alarming rate while on Dr. Vickers protocol and Gerson therapy. I started chemo to get the cancer under control and am alive because I abandoned the Gerson/Vickers protocol. I kept in touch with another patient and he had the same experience. Dr. Vickers talks like he is curing all his patients but be warned from a former patient--it's a deadly gamble to go to his clinic."

To which I respond...

"It is unfortunate you had a negative experience with the Advanced Gerson Therapy, but you're not dead yet. Every patient does not always respond to it, or for that matter, to chemo, radiation or surgery. The objective of Dr. Vickers and the other excellent Gerson hospitals is to deliver a holistic synergistic approach that works with the body to help it heal itself - nothing more.  I do not believe the Gerson Therapy and the Advanced Therapies offered at NBGC could "kill you or are a deadly gamble" as you stated.  It is not toxic so it can not kill you.  What it is as you well know, is an alternative way to deal with the imbalance 'cancer.'  It is well documented to be remarkably effective, in fact statistically far more effective than chemo, radiation and surgery combined without the side effects.  Please use what you learned at NBGC.  Add it to your bag of tricks and apply when appropriate to your new choice in therapy to help a successful outcome.

Sometimes in our desperation we blame others when their best work fails us. I know Dr. Vickers well enough to know that he is doing his best to heal his patients, sometimes in a last ditch effort at reversal of cancers that are extremely difficult to manage or to cure.  Ten thousand dollars may seem like a lot of money when we do not have an insurance company to pay it, but we all pay for your chemo through what ever outcome by way of insurance premiums, taxes (Medicare) and so forth. Chemo rarely works and is a multi billion dollar industry.  When it does not work it destroys quality of life from beginning to end and weakens the bodies immune system so that we must come back for more highly profitable therapy when the cancer returns.  It's a rigged game and the oncology game is rigged to profit from your pain as sure as my name is Bill.  Yes, I have known people who have survived chemo.  But the cancer almost always comes back.  A dear friend is on her third round of chemo after two bouts with cancer.  She is in her late sixties and she is a powerhouse of optimism, love and generosity.  I believe it is these qualities that have carried her not the chemotherapy itself.

If you come back and read this reply I want you to know that my heart goes out to you as it is my sincere conviction to assist people here on this blog with life saving information.  I have seen what conventional medicine has to offer and like your experience with Dr. Vickers chemo does not work to my satisfaction.

The truth is cancer is a cunning and baffling ...sinister and tricky disease. What works for one person may not work for another.  But one thing is for certain.  Half the healing is in our attitude and in our heart.  Charlotte Gerson once said to me "Bill we can only cure half of any cancer, the other half is in the mind and in the heart of the patient" (read up on epigenetics). With this in mind perhaps you will combine the therapies to what ever degree is appropriate and advisable and forgive the failure of the Advanced Gerson approach.  I think it was a wise decision to start with the Gerson Therapy and hope you take with you what was useful about it.

Please know that sometimes cancer just marches into our lives and kills unmercifully no matter what we do.  That is the truth.  And it is also true and well documented that oft times our thoughts and emotional states create our condition and ultimately the can be disciplined and controlled to guide us back to healing.

Don't be angry with Dr. Vickers.  Fear anger and resentment are the most deadly part of cancer.  A lot of people who practice the Gerson therapy do get well and of course some do not.  But the truth is the therapy is only half the battle and I hope you know that this is also true for your chemo and for radiation and surgery too.  Your mind and heart hold half the cards and in most cases contribute heavily to the desired outcome. Forgiveness, fair mindedness and a sweetness of character is a most powerful therapy.  In fact it is as important if not more important than any medical procedure however counter it is to the fear anger and panic that sets in.  Cancer is a game of the heart, mind and body.  It takes great finesse skill and cunning to heal.  One also needs support of family friends and ones enlightened physician.  It is a challenge and you can win!  But it is up to you to play your internal game well.  It is your internal super-hero that will transcend the disease and put cancer cells back into balance.  But don't smear Dr. Vickers.  He, like Dr. Burzynski in Houston is a trailblazer in a modality of healing that works for some but not for others.  In the end the Gerson Therapy is incredibly HUMANE and combined with proper care maintains a high quality of life especially in the end when we want to be close to our loved ones with dignity and in as good health as possible.

Personally  I never dismiss any kind of therapy that works.  I know someone who got Proton Therapy for prostate cancer and to date he is fine!  So I hope chemo works for you.  I guarantee you there are aspects to the Gerson Therapy that will help you stay well should you heal.  Detoxification after chemo is done will be important making the Gerson Therapy useful when it comes time for you to clean up the mess left by chemo - so the cancer does not come back.  To release anger and resentment and the kind of judgment that you have levied against Dr. Vickers and his therapies might be the key to healing.  Not to do so is the deadliest thing you could do.

Again my heart and deepest faith goes out to you for a quick and effective healing right now. Bill Zimmermann"

I hope this person reads this post.   I emailed it to Dr. Vickers and while he is challenged by this slam he is not deterred from his post as a physician who practices most credible forms of holistic cancer treatment.  And while we wait for the statistics to reveal his success we mark time knowing he is doing right by his patients by combining highly successful and effective therapies.  We continue to support Dr. Vickers in his pursuit to improve the Gerson Therapy.

Mike Adams - The Health Ranger ...SO BUSTED

If you are as half as sick and tired of men like Alex Jones as you are of Fox News you can now add former good guy (ever a good guy?) Mike Adams to your "ignore list" of greedy motherfuckers that do not deserve even a moment of your time or my time to write this.  Add to that Dr. Mercola who has run completely off the "more money for me!" rail.  We see in these men how money corrupts and the more temptation the more it corrupts them.  Human beings can not resist temptation.  They jump ship always.  ALWAYS.  The only reason I am writing this article is to ask "What if this happens to me?"  I am soon to announce a commercial website.  Once the business machine kicks in and I begin to see opportunities to profit (an ostensibly profit greatly) will I be tempted by products and services that are less that 100% high quality?  Well readers, if you know me at all you can rest assured the answer is a resounding NO.  I don't care if the damn thing goes bust.  I won't compromise the rock of integrity.  Not today, not ever.

The Magic of Purple Rice

PURPLE IS THE NEW GREEN...An 18 year study by researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health showed that the women that consumed anthocyanins (purple colored natural foods) from their food showed a 32% reduction in heart attacks. Another study from the Kings College, in London, also found that women who consumed the most anthocyanins were least likely to have chronic inflammation,a condition linked to diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity and cancer. Since women are the "head cooks" of most households, we have the opportunity to create small dietary changes that can keep Diabetes 2 at bay. Remember that diabetes can shorten one's lifespan by many years, if left unchecked, not to mention the lower quality of life. It's time to take control over our own future health and that of our children. tHERE ARE MORE ANTHYCYANINS IN MY MICRONIZED PURPLE RICE THAN IN ANY OTHER FOOD!

Ten Ways To Get Smarter Every Day

1. Be smarter about your online time.
Every online break doesn’t have to be about checking social networks and fulfilling your daily ration of cute animal pics. The Web is also full of great learning resources, such as online courses, intriguing TED talks, and vocabulary-building tools. Replace a few minutes of skateboarding dogs with something more mentally nourishing, suggest several responders.
2. Write down what you learn.
It doesn’t have to be pretty or long, but taking a few minutes each day to reflect in writing about what you learned is sure to boost your brainpower. “Write 400 words a day on things that you learned,” suggests yoga teacher Claudia Azula Altucher. Mike Xie, a research associate at Bayside Biosciences, agrees: “Write about what you’ve learned.”
3. Make a “did” list.
A big part of intelligence is confidence and happiness, so boost both by pausing to list not the things you have yet to do, but rather all the things you’ve already accomplished. The idea of a “done list” is recommended by famed VC Marc Andreessen as well as Azula Altucher. “Make an I DID list to show all the things you, in fact, accomplished,” she suggests.
4. Get out the Scrabble board.
Board games and puzzles aren’t just fun but also a great way to work out your brain. “Play games (Scrabble, bridge, chess, Go, Battleship, Connect 4, doesn’t matter),” suggests Xie (for a ninja-level brain boost, exercise your working memory by trying to play without looking at the board). “Play Scrabble with no help from hints or books,” concurs Azula Altucher.
5. Have smart friends.
It can be rough on your self-esteem, but hanging out with folks who are more clever than you is one of the fastest ways to learn. “Keep a smart company. Remember your IQ is the average of five closest people you hang out with,” Saurabh Shah, an account manager at Symphony Teleca, writes.
“Surround yourself with smarter people,” agrees developer Manas J. Saloi. “I try to spend as much time as I can with my tech leads. I have never had a problem accepting that I am an average coder at best and there are many things I am yet to learn… Always be humble and be willing to learn.”
6. Read a lot.
OK, this is not a shocker, but it was the most common response: Reading definitely seems essential. Opinions vary on what’s the best brain-boosting reading material, with suggestions ranging from developing a daily newspaper habit to picking up a variety of fiction and nonfiction, but everyone seems to agree that quantity is important. Read a lot.
7. Explain it to others.
“If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough,” Albert Einstein said. The Quora posters agree. Make sure you’ve really learned what you think you have learned and that the information is truly stuck in your memory by trying to teach it to others. “Make sure you can explain it to someone else,” Xie says simply.
Student Jon Packles elaborates on this idea: “For everything you learn–big or small–stick with it for at least as long as it takes you to be able to explain it to a friend. It’s fairly easy to learn new information. Being able to retain that information and teach others is far more valuable.”
8. Do random new things.
Shane Parrish, keeper of the consistently fascinating Farnam Street blog, tells the story of Steve Jobs’s youthful calligraphy class in his response on Quora. After dropping out of school, the future Apple founder had a lot of time on his hands and wandered into a calligraphy course. It seemed irrelevant at the time, but the design skills he learned were later baked into the first Macs. The takeaway: You never know what will be useful ahead of time. You just need to try new things and wait to see how they connect with the rest of your experiences later on.
“You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backward. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future,” Parrish quotes Jobs as saying. In order to have dots to connect, you need to be willing to try new things–even if they don’t seem immediately useful or productive.
9. Learn a new language.
No, you don’t need to become quickly fluent or trot off to a foreign country to master the language of your choosing. You can work away steadily from the comfort of your desk and still reap the mental rewards. “Learn a new language. There are a lot of free sites for that. Use Livemocha or Busuu,” says Saloi (personally, I’m a big fan of Memrise once you have the basic mechanics of a new language down).
10. Take some downtime.
It’s no surprise that dedicated meditator Azula Altucher recommends giving yourself space for your brain to process what it’s learned–”sit in silence daily,” she writes–but she’s not the only responder who stresses the need to take some downtime from mental stimulation. Spend some time just thinking, suggests retired cop Rick Bruno. He pauses the interior chatter while exercising. “I think about things while I run (almost every day),” he reports.

Depression Benzodiazepine's and Magnesium (calcium)

Depression can be related to high and low levels of calcium and/or magnesium, with low levels being often-times associated with anxieties as well. After comparing the background of patients who required very high doses (4,000+mg) of calcium a day - just to reach near normal levels, it turned out that many had a history of benzodiazepine (tranquilizers / sedatives) use.  These drugs either affected their body's ability to properly utilize calcium and/or magnesium, or the mineral levels in these patients had already been very deficient before taking any medications - resulting in insomnia,
anxieties, or similar symptoms, and resulting in drugs (benzodiazepines) being prescribed instead of having the real cause (calcium and/or magnesium deficiencies) corrected. Unfortunately, this type of symptomatic drug therapy continues to be a trademark of modern medicine.

Far Infrared Saunas. What they are and how they work.

How A Small Fever Can Be a Part of your Cancer Cure Strategy.

This very special type of sauna uses the same type of “radiant” energy the sun produces that gives life to the entire plant kingdom; it’s the wavelength that allows plants to make energy. It is NOT ultraviolet radiation. It’s the positives of the sun without the dangerous effects of solar radiation. (In fact, some evidence indicates it heals sun damage on the skin, including diminishing wrinkles and fine lines.)
FIR is a narrow band of energy that travels up to 3” into the body to increase blood flow and, thereby, regenerate damaged tissues, as well as activate immune cells.

How To Get Addicted To Working Out

Workout Resistance How is it that some people manage to work out regularly, week in week out, year after year, and do it with a smile on their face? Are they just superhuman? Nope. Far from it. They have just tapped into something that most people haven’t.
All humans (and this includes you) have one big weakness, and they use this weakness to their advantage. Here it is:
We humans are prone to addiction, but we can all learn to tap this resource
and use its power to fuel our motivation to work out consistently.
Think about the potential. Coffee drinkers don’t need to motivate themselves to drink their morning cup. They want to drink it. Smokers don’t need a reason to light up after a meal. They feel compelled to do it. Sugar addicts don’t need tempting to eat something sweet… cake anyone? And it’s no different from exercise. You can create a ‘hunger’ for working out too and that hunger helps to form a habit that you barely have to think about. All you need to do is learn how to cultivate the addiction.
